Returns and Refund Policy

At GRSC Store, customer satisfaction and product quality are our priority. Customers are advised to contact our customer service team before initiating any return request to receive guidance and approval.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be approved under the following conditions:

·         The product delivered is different from the item originally ordered.

·         The product has a verified manufacturing defect upon delivery.

·         For any other concerns not listed above, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team for clarification and assistance.

Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory reagents, ELISA kits, and scientific products, all return requests are subject to verification and approval to ensure product integrity and safety standards are maintained.

 

Refund Processing Timeline

Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected by GRSC Store, refund processing may take 5–7 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Returnable Items Policy

Due to the specialized and sensitive nature of scientific and laboratory products supplied by GRSC Store, certain items are not eligible for return or refund once delivered and accepted by the customer.

The following items are generally non-returnable, except where a verified manufacturing defect or delivery error is confirmed:

·         ELISA Kits

·         Molecular Biology Products

·         Diagnostic Kits

·         Biological Reagents and Chemicals

·         Temperature-sensitive or cold-chain products

·         Opened, used, or partially used laboratory consumables

·         Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery

To maintain product integrity, safety standards, and research reliability, GRSC Store cannot accept returns for items that have been:

·         Opened after delivery

·         Stored under unsuitable laboratory conditions

·         Altered or mishandled after receipt

Customers are therefore encouraged to carefully review product specifications and confirm order details before completing their purchase.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the issue must be reported to GRSC Store within 48 hours of delivery, together with supporting evidence (such as photographs and order details), for prompt investigation and resolution.
