Currently, deliveries are mainly carried out via vehicle transport services.

Once payment or institutional approval is confirmed, orders are processed according to product type and availability.

Standard Delivery Duration

·         Laboratory Consumables: Delivered within 2 to 5 working days, depending on stock availability.

·         ELISA Kits & Molecular Biology Products: Typically delivered within 2 weeks to 1 month, as many items are supplied upon order or require international sourcing.

·         Specialized Equipment & Reagents: Delivery may range from 2 days to 1 month, depending on product specifications and supplier availability.

GRSC Store ensures proper handling, packaging, and quality checks before dispatch. Customers will receive updates regarding order status and delivery arrangements.

Nationwide Delivery Options

Deliveries across Ghana are carried out using the following methods:

1. VIP Parcel Service
For customers in Accra, orders can be delivered through VIP Parcel Service. This is one of the fastest delivery options, taking approximately 8 hours after dispatch. Customers will be contacted by VIP upon arrival and can collect parcels with a valid ID card.

2. FedEx Delivery
For customers nationwide who prefer doorstep delivery, GRSC Store offers shipping via FedEx. Orders typically arrive one additional day after shipment.

3. Ford Parcel Service
Customers in Takoradi, Sunyani, Koforidua, and Tarkwa may select Ford Parcel Service. After dispatch, the vehicle registration number will be shared so customers can pick up their parcels at the Ford station.
